I was hoping to find clear details about where the leather is sourced from, but you really don’t get much information. There also wasn’t much about any meaningful sustainability efforts. For the price, I expected a lot more, and it left me feeling disappointed.
"So many emails"
I signed up. Set my email preferences too. Still got flooded with promo emails. Way too many. Annoying. And stopping them wasn’t simple.
"Not worth it for the price"
I ordered a wallet and expected a smoother experience for what I paid. Shipping took way longer than it should have, the tracking barely updated, and it ended up arriving several days late. If it had been cheaper, I might be more forgiving, but at this price I don’t think I’d order from here again...
"Wrong color, wrong initials, and no follow-up"
I ordered a tan passport cover with my initials, but they sent me a black one with someone else’s letters on it. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send photos, which I did, but then I never heard anything back. Disappointing for a first order. I’ve bought personalized items from other companies before and they’ve been much faster to fix mistakes, so this was definitely a letdown.

"The colors didn’t look like the pictures"
I was disappointed when it arrived. There weren’t as many colors as I expected, and the ones I got looked noticeably different from the photos. It kind of makes me hesitant to trust the listing next time

"Personalization was a letdown"
I ordered a personalized item with initials on it, and the monogram came out crooked and not really like the preview. It was supposed to be a gift, so yeah, that was frustrating. I contacted customer service, but they took too long to get back to me and basically said it couldn’t be fixed. For the price, I expected them to check it better before shipping it out. I don’t think I’d order anything personalized from them again.
"Nice bag, but care info could be clearer"
The bag looks really nice and feels well made, but I was a little disappointed with the care instructions. They were vague, and when I got a small mark on it, I had to search around online to figure out the best way to clean it. A friend actually recommended the bag to me, so I was expecting the whole experience to feel a bit more premium. For the price, clearer maintenance guidance would’ve been really helpful

When it showed up, it looked different from what was described, so I was disappointed with the details. I ended up having to double-check the listing and deal with the extra hassle of figuring out what to do next, which was annoying.

I checked out Leatherology hoping there would be a good mix of styles to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the items looked really similar, and there wasn’t much if you’re looking for something a little different. For the prices, I expected way more variety. Kind of disappointing.

I spent quite a bit on this and, it just didn’t feel that special. It’s nice enough and there’s nothing terribly wrong with it, but for the price I expected more. The disappointing part is that it feels preventable with better value or a few extra touches

"Felt awkward trying to shop on the site"
I felt kind of embarrassed by how much I was struggling to use the site. It looks really nice at first, but actually shopping on it wasn’t smooth for me. The filters felt clunky, some pages loaded strangely, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic details. It was even worse on mobile, and after a while I just gave up before placing an order. For a leather brand, I expected the website experience to feel a lot more polished.
"The stuff I wanted was always outta stock"
I was trying to grab a wallet and a keychain, but both were out of stock when I went to order. I checked back a couple times thinking maybe they’d restock, but nope, still nothing. It’s kinda frustrating seeing all this nice stuff on the site and then you cant actually buy any of it. I just ended up ordering from somewhere else.

"The designs just look kind of boring..."
The designs just look kind of boring and outdated to me. I was hoping for something cuter, but the whole style feels plain. The extra simple look is unnecessary in my opinion

"Did anyone else feel like the photos were way off?"
I ordered this because the pictures made the leather look really smooth and the color seemed much warmer, but what I got looked totally different. It was a lot darker in person and kind of dull, and the texture didn’t match what I thought I was buying at all.
I get that lighting and screens can change colors a little, but this felt like more than that. For the price, I expected the photos to be more accurate. Maybe I’m being picky, but I was disappointed and don’t think I’d order from them again

I’m annoyed about this. For what I paid, the packaging should’ve looked way better. Instead, it showed up in some plain, cheap-looking box with the item just thrown in like nobody cared. I bought it as a gift, and I was actually embarrassed handing it over like that. That’s on the company, not the customer. Maybe the product itself is okay, but the presentation was so lazy it completely ruined the experience for me

"Wish I’d picked something else"
I bought this wallet as a gift for my brother, i kind of regret it. It looked nicer online, especially the color, but in person it felt a bit underwhelming. The packaging was plain too, which made it feel less gift-worthy for the price. He was nice about it, but I could tell he wasn’t all that excited, and that made the whole thing feel awkward. I really wish I’d gone with something else.

"Discount details were really confusing"
I tried placing an order during a promo, but the discount info was confusing. It looked like the deal should apply to what I was buying, but once I got to checkout, the price either changed or the discount just didn’t show up at all.
I ended up clicking around way more than I expected just to figure out what the actual rules were. Even after reading through everything, it still felt vague, and some of the exclusions only became clear after I had already wasted a bunch of time.
When I reached out to customer service, the response didn’t really clear anything up. It mostly just repeated the fine print, which was frustrating. By the end, I felt disappointed and kind of turned off from buying altogether.

"Nice-looking site, but kind of a hassle to shop"
I was checking out leatherology.com for bags and wallets, and while the site looks really nice, it was a little frustrating to use 😕 Some product pages loaded slowly for me, and the filters didn’t always behave the way I expected. The photos are great, but switching between colors felt more annoying than it should’ve been. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I hoped!

I really wanted to like Leatherology, but i didn’t end up feeling like it was a brand I could fully trust. For me, the mixed things I came across were enough to make me second-guess it, and the overall vibe just felt a little off. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but I didn’t feel comfortable putting my money there

"Nice item, but the surprise fees were frustrating"
I ordered from outside the US and while the item itself was totally fine, I ended up getting hit with duties and extra fees I wasn’t expecting. It felt like I was left in the dark about the real total cost until after the fact. By the time everything was added up, it was way more than what I saw at checkout, which makes me really hesitant to order again
